Pay Range: $62 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Notes:
  Outbound communications, testing- cloud migration for swampfox. Product analyst: agile, jira, HTML, quick study .
• Candidates must be local to Charlotte and will be hybrid. A mix of Optimist, Plaza, David Taylor offices.
• The ideal candidate will review business requirements, develop test scenarios and cases, and lead automated testing initiatives.
• Responsibilities include identifying and documenting defects, maintaining traceability between test cases and requirements, providing execution results to Product Analysts and Product Owners, and ensuring adherence to testing standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• The successful candidate must possess JIRA experience and familiarity with Agile frameworks are preferred.

• Review business requirements and identify areas to be tested.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Define, collect, and document data for testing.
• Identify, log and review defects.
• Maintain and retire test cases and test scripts at the end of the work effort.
• Maintain traceability between test cases/scripts and requirements.
• Ensure that all testing results are documented and easily accessible.
• Provide execution results to Product Analysts and Product Owner.
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach.
• Review test, validation, and pilot results with Test Lead to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
• Build user documents and script maintenance instructions for automation and performance testing scripts.
• JIRA experience preferred
• qTest experience preferred
• Excel (csv) experience with building and properly formatting files for testing
• HTML or prior digital communications channel experience preferred
• Ability to quickly learn communications applications and technology
• Ability to quickly learn process flows and integrations necessary for the path of communications
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with digital communications and the associated technology
• 5-10 years of experience
