Position Summary
Looking for Project manager skills with strong Development/engineering background to manage Application governance and RISK/Audit related deliverables. This role is responsible for application ownership with regard to audit, governance, and maintenance. Manages timelines and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. This will require the ability to prioritize, lead work efforts, interact with application leaders, and engage/influence Third Party stakeholders across the company.
This position will also be responsible for responding to audit/regulatory requests, as well as escalating and presenting issues to governance forums as it pertains to Third Party Business Continuity. In addition, the individual will be involved in preparing the governance documents needed for new initiatives and enhancements in collaboration with development/test leads, project managers and external vendor partners. This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships across Enterprise Resiliency, Global Procurement, Global Information Security, and FLU Third Party oversight programs.
Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
- Manage application governance and RISK/Audit related deliverables.
- Own application governance with regard to audit, governance, and maintenance; manage timelines; and exercise matrix management.
- Prioritize, lead work efforts, and interact with application leaders; engage/influence Third Party stakeholders across the company.
- Respond to audit/regulatory requests; escalate and present issues to governance forums related to Third Party Business Continuity.
- Prepare governance documents for new initiatives and enhancements in collaboration with development/test leads, project managers, and external vendor partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships across Enterprise Resiliency, Global Procurement, Global Information Security, and FLU Third Party oversight programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems.

- Experience managing multiple and often competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience drafting communications and presentation materials for senior audiences and regulators.
- Experience with complaint program elements, including complaint capture, resolution, and/or thematic analysis processes.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects (servers, storage, network, etc.).
- Experience with the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT), ARC and Data Restore process, and Third Party Testing process.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in the payments space, especially for merchants.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience working with Information Security to ensure vendor application vulnerabilities are remediated.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
