LHH is working with their client looking to add a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Ecommerce to the team. In this role you will help lead and shape the organization's commercial operations and digital customer experience. This leadership role will be responsible for shaping ecommerce strategy, optimizing digital platforms, and driving performance across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems.

For candidates outside the Charlotte metro we are open to offering a relocation package along with this position.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities for online growth, including product expansion, partnerships, and platform enhancements.
- Lead initiatives to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Oversee pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies for online offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to align ecommerce efforts with broader business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships and external service providers supporting ecommerce operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for ecommerce activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing plus leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online merchandising, and digital customer journeys.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex digital projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
