Job Description
A leading nuclear energy technology company that is pioneering next‑generation nuclear energy capabilities is expanding its US IT presence. The company was founded in the early 2010s in Canada and has recently set up its US Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. After going public in late 2025, it is in a large growth phase and is looking for its first US‑based IT hires.
For this role, the company seeks a Service Now Developer who can hit the ground running and act as the go‑to developer for their US‑based work.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will configure Service Now SAM, HAM, and Change Management modules, manage end‑to‑end asset lifecycle workflows, and design and implement Change Management processes. You will also build and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs for asset tracking, software usage, and change metrics. Experience integrating Service Now with other enterprise systems and working in a regulated or startup environment is required.
Qualifications- Service Now Development experience.
- Hands‑on experience integrating Service Now with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Service Now scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and automation tools.
- 3‑5+ years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Superior work ethic, self‑starter.
- 100% Hands On.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full‑time basis now and in the future.
This full‑time position requires five days onsite in Charlotte, NC for the first few months before transitioning to a hybrid 3‑day work week. It offers a unique opportunity to join a well‑funded, established company and be part of their first round of IT hires.
