Oracle Integration Cloud Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a technical specialist within the team, defining integration-related technical requirements for the program, including the creation, validation, and assessment of conceptual, logical, and physical integration designs.

Participate across the full lifecycle of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, from solution architecture and design through configuration and deployment, ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs.

Collaborate with a globally distributed team of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers and functional consultants.

Build and support Oracle ERP/PPM integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions, utilizing REST and SOAP services, FBDI file uploads, BI Publisher, OTBI analytics, and Visual Builder Studio/Redwood.

Execute inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.

Produce detailed technical documentation derived from functional design sessions and supporting materials.

Liaise with Oracle Support through Service Requests to resolve issues related to Fusion applications and OIC infrastructure or seeded functionality.

Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support project delivery and broader business goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
• Working experience creating OIC integrations for Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Experience delivering solutions in the OIC space for Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM
• Understanding of Oracle PaaS offerings and architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 4 years of experience with the following:

• Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM API capabilities
• Oracle Fusion ERP key Master/Transactional Tables
• Development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC and other 3rd party tools such as POSTMAN and SoapUI.
• OIC adapters, usage of File adapter, usage of orchestration integration patterns (Scheduled and App-driven)
• Supporting integrations, including monitoring, and altering
• Development of BIP reports in Oracle Fusion including creation of RTF, ETEXT and Excel templates via BI Publisher Desktop
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages)
• Oracle DB objects (Table, Views, Index, Sequence) design, creation, maintenance, and analysis

Minimum 2 years of experience with the following:

• BIP Reports advanced concepts (sub-templates, embedded variables, bursting)
• Integration security and Oracle offerings
• Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution
