As a Hadoop Developer, you will be responsible for developing and managing big data solutions to support our client's digital initiatives. Your role will involve working with large-scale data processing and analytics platforms to enable advanced data insights and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and administer Cloudera clusters (Cloud or on-premise).
- Conduct performance testing across all environments.
- Develop functionality within Hadoop clusters.
- Manage data files in Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS).
- Configure HIVE and Oozie to store metadata in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develop HIVE scripts to analyze and extract data insights.
- Utilize SQOOP to export data insights from HDFS.
- Experience with installing, configuring, and administering Cloudera clusters.
- Strong knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem components such as HIVE, Oozie, and SQOOP.
- Ability to develop and optimize big data processing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and performance tuning skills.
