Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?- Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders in discussions of the business situation and strategy.
- Work with business users to define project scope and timelines.
- Formulate and execute project plans, managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and business domains.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of multiple related projects, maintaining quality and standards.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Certification as PMP or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Experience handling complex projects within the banking sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
