Technical ERP Analyst Syteline​/CSI

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a rapidly growing mid-size manufacturer to locate their next Technical Business Analyst – Syteline ERP.

Compensation: Up to $130,000 base salary + generous benefits, time off, and holiday schedule.

Schedule: Full-time, hybrid work environment

Previous experience with a cloud variant of Syteline (Cloudsuite Industrial / Version 9 above) is required. Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.

• ERP Optimization: Lead support, configuration, and troubleshooting across Syteline modules (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, APS, CPQ, Shop-Trac).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Technical Execution: Write SQL queries to validate and troubleshoot issues, manage user roles, and build Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Project Leadership: Drive enhancements, participate in UAT testing, and coordinate with external vendors for advanced system support.

• ERP Expert: 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline), ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• SQL Fluent: Skilled in querying ERP tables, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining data integrity through technical configuration.
• Techno‑Functional Communicator: Adept at engaging business stakeholders and translating technical issues into clear, business‑relevant solutions.
