Group Endpoint-Engineer- Partner with Group Sr. Manager of Endpoint to define clear and achievable project requirements, milestones, and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and provide Tier 3 support to help resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other Platform teams to ensure successful deployment of Deliverables needed.
- Partner with Group Sr. Manager of Endpoint to define clear and achievable project requirements, milestones, and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and provide Tier 3 support to help resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other Platform teams to ensure successful deployment of Deliverables needed.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or technical credential courses in Information Technology
- 5 to 7 years experience in providing IT technical support or administering IT systems
- Expert knowledge and experience with Active Directory and creating GPOs
- Expert experience with creating images using best practices and industry standards
- One or more of the following certifications are preferred – MCSA, MS Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL 4 Foundation
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and On-Prem Endpoint systems
- Expert experience in patching, deploying software, and resolving MDM and EPM client problems
- SCCM, Tanium, Ivanti Endpoint management systems for On-Prem Provisioning
- Azure Active Directory and Cloud-based systems
