Job Description
We are looking for a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administrator to manage and support cloud infrastructure that runs data platforms, analytics workloads, and enterprise applications. This is a hands-on operational role, focused on stability, security, and incident response.

- Administer and support Google Cloud Platform environments
- Manage Compute Engine, IAM, networking, and storage
- Monitor system health, uptime, and performance
- Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening
- Handle production incidents, outages, and escalations
- Support cloud-hosted applications including data platforms
- Required (Operations & Monitoring)
- Experience with Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, or similar tools
- Experience working with security vulnerabilities, patching, and compliance
- Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
- Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
- Ability to document processes, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Strong understanding of incident management and change control
- Experience supporting NiFi or data pipelines on GCP
- Knowledge of Terraform or infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with Linux system administration
