Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Project/Program Manager (BILINGUAL SPANISH)

Location: Charlotte, NC (401 N Tryon)

Pay Range:

• Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders in discussions of the business situation and strategy.
• Work with business users to define project scope and timelines.
• Formulate and execute project plans, managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and business domains.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of multiple related projects, maintaining quality and standards.

• Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Certification as PMP or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Experience handling complex projects within the banking sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
