• 10+ years of professional experience in Selenium Automation Development.
• Hands‑on in design and developing automated testing systems and frameworks.
• Proven work experience as a QA Architect or similar role in software development.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies; strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD).
• Drive UI, API strategies across web platforms.
• Lead test planning, framework enhancement, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops).
• Conduct end‑to‑end API testing and backend integration validations using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
• Validate Kafka‑based event‑driven systems with real‑time message verification techniques.
• Perform ETL testing and data validation using advanced SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server.
• Lead test efforts for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, including workflows, case management, and data validation.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables through cross‑browser, functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Execute mobile automation testing using Appium and real devices/emulators in varying network conditions.
• Mentor and lead QA teams, perform code reviews, and align testing goals with Agile sprint cycles.
• Engage in defect triage, maintain traceability matrices, and report on automation ROI and quality metrics.
