Job Description We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise in Apple macOS endpoint security to support enterprise-level security initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on engineer who can operate autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and design secure, repeatable, and scalable solutions with long‑term impact. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of macOS internals, strong shell scripting experience, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively across teams.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise macOS security solutions
• Develop and maintain macOS .pkg installer packages and related OS technologies
• Write and maintain advanced bash/zsh scripts for automation, deployment, and troubleshooting
  
  Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve complex endpoint security issues
• Deliver scalable, repeatable, and well‑documented solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Work independently with minimal direction while proactively identifying and addressing gaps
• Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while maintaining strong ownership of assigned initiatives

• Strong experience as a Cyber Security Engineer / Endpoint Security Engineer
• Working knowledge of Apple macOS
  , including OS internals and security concepts
• Hands‑on experience with macOS .pkg packaging standards
• 5+ years of bash/zsh scripting experience (Python not required)
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a curious, proactive mindset
• Proven ability to deliver results without heavy supervision

• Experience supporting enterprise macOS environments
• Familiarity with endpoint management or MDM tools
• Background in designing long‑term, enterprise‑grade security solutions

• This is a 6‑month contract position
• Hybrid work model with onsite presence 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC
• Onsite interview is mandatory
• Candidates must be able to work collaboratively while operating independently
