• 15 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Security, Payroll & Integration
• Awareness of Oracle Cloud ecosystem (HCM, OIC, FDI)
• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, testing and training activities
• Drive project deliverables and ensure adherence to the schedule
• Conduct functional testing, configuration review, integration testing reports, validation and data conversion validation
• Coordinate UAT testing with business and consolidate results across DEV, SIT, UAT
• Understand HDL Loaders and data conversion processes
• Coordinate with downstream system owners and vendors for integration testing and impact analysis
• Drive end‑to‑end integration testing
• Apply Oracle Quarterly Patch updates with impact analysis
• Lead functional design sessions related to new requirements and Oracle quarterly updates
• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants across HCM, OIC & FDI
• Coordinate project activities with team and client
• Prepare implementation support documentation, governance, track‑level status reports and present to client
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Strong knowledge of Core HR Security, Payroll & Integration
