Charlotte, NC - Remote Flexibility

• This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and Acumatica, ensuring the ERP truly supports how the business operates
• Ownership of ERP optimization, enhancements, workflows, dashboards, and reporting across multiple functions
• Opportunity to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and system adoption as the organization continues to scale

• Partnering with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Acumatica solutions
• Configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, and system customizations within Acumatica
• Improving existing processes and identifying opportunities for system‑driven efficiencies
• Supporting user access, security roles, testing, and deployment of system changes
• Providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing ERP support while contributing to future enhancements and integrations

• 3+ years of ERP experience, with strong hands‑on exposure to Acumatica (strong preference) or a comparable ERP platform
• Experience supporting cross‑functional workflows, particularly within Finance, HR, or operational teams
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system solutions
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience with ERP implementations, optimizations, or enhancement projects is highly valued
