- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 3 years' experience or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in end-user technology management, particularly with Microsoft, Dell products.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise tools such as MS Intune, MECM, MS MDT, Apple ABM, and Apple ADE.
- Extensive experience in Tier 3 engineering roles, focusing on enterprise solution engineering.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed technical documents and architectural diagrams.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams, including Enterprise Architects, Helpdesk, Servicedesk, Tier 2 Support Technicians, Cyber Security, and more.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to empathize with end-users and understand their needs, acting as a business solutions analyst.
- Expertise in managing all components of application packaging, including the ability to reverse engineer existing packages for repackaging according to company standards.
- Experience in supporting virtual solutions like Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Familiarity with enterprise security models, including EPM, PAS, PIM, and other Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) designs.
- Experience participating in Mergers and Acquisitions and engaging with consultants and vendors to support related actions.
- Willingness and ability to be on call 24/7 to support a global enterprise.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft and Apple technologies.
- Experience in scripting and automation, particularly with Power Shell or similar tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Design, implement, and manage end-user technology solutions across various devices, including PCs, Mac Books, Tablets, and Smartphones.
- Utilize enterprise tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Desktop Toolkit, and Apple Business Manager.
- Engineer the implementation of applications and provide ongoing support using enterprise tools within the hardware technologies delivered.
- Focus on enterprise solution engineering by providing comprehensive, documented information to support technical solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Enterprise Architects, Service Desk, Tier 2 Support Technicians, Cyber Security, and other functions as needed, to ensure efficient and effective technical support and implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and architectural diagrams to support end-user technology solutions.
- Work with end users to understand how technology is being used to provide solutions that meet business needs within the company standards and technology portfolio.
- Manage all components of application packaging, including the ability to reverse engineer existing packages to meet company standards, evolving functionality, and business needs.
- Support virtual solutions such as Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
- Navigate and implement enterprise security models using EPM, PAS, PIM, and other Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) designs.
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions, engaging with consultants and vendors to support carving out divestiture and fold‑in acquisition actions.
- Manage incidents, perform issue problem management to prevent issues, and support current state operations.
- Stay current with supported technologies and processes to proactively map out changes that support current technical solutions.
