We re seeking an experienced BI Lead to drive analytics strategy and execution for a major enterprise client. You ll own the end-to-end analytics function - from stakeholder engagement and roadmap development to hands-on dashboard design and team leadership. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with technical execution in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of production-grade reporting suites tailored to diverse audience personas (C-suite, operations, frontline managers)
• Partner directly with senior stakeholders (SVPs, VPs and Directors) to translate business challenges into actionable analytics solutions
• Build and evolve the BI/analytics roadmap aligned with client priorities and organizational goals
• Architect robust data models and create sophisticated visualizations that drive decision-making
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for reporting standards and data governance
• Manage project delivery in a billable consulting capacity, balancing quality, timelines, and client expectations

• Demonstrates strong executive presence and confidently leads discussions with C-level and VP stakeholders.
• Able to engage, influence, and drive high-level conversations with senior leadership.
• 8-10 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence consulting roles.

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling (or equivalent depth in Tableau)
• Proven track record building and maintaining production reporting environments for multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience developing BI roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term strategic value
• Client-facing consulting background with comfort in billable, delivery-focused environments
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
• Experience in data/analytics engineering stack like dbt + Fivetran + Snowflake will be a great to have.

• Experience experimenting with generative AI tools for analytics workflows
• Ability to rapidly prototype concepts through low-code/no-code tools or basic coding
• Background in Retail/CPG/F&B/Hospitality sectors
