Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to drive user-centered product decisions across multiple product areas. This role goes beyond running individual studies—you’ll own research strategy, execution, and the operational foundation that ensures insights lead to shipped outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and CRM to influence product direction, particularly for early-stage and 0–1 initiatives, including AI-enabled experiences.
WhatYou’ll Do Own the Voice of the User
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points across digital experiences.
- Translate research and market signals into clear opportunity areas, product recommendations, and roadmap inputs.
- Lead exploratory and generative research to inform new product concepts and solution spaces.
- Define and scale a research strategy and operating model that supports multiple teams and product areas.
- Build and maintain standardized research practices, including intake workflows, repositories, documentation, and repeatable execution playbooks.
- Ensure research insights are accessible, actionable, and consistently shared across teams.
- Plan and conduct mixed-method research, including interviews, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), surveys, diary studies, and prototype testing.
- Rapidly validate ideas through iterative testing at varying levels of fidelity, from early concepts to in-flight features.
- Collaborate closely with designers throughout the user-centered design process, from problem framing through evaluation.
- Align research with product, engineering, data, and CRM partners to support business goals and customer outcomes.
- Partner with CRM and lifecycle teams to identify and recruit users at key moments in their journey.
- Share insights through clear storytelling, data-driven visuals, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate decision-making.
- Advocate for customer empathy and ensure user insights inform prioritization and product decisions.
- 3+ years of professional experience conducting UX research in a product environment.
- Hands‑on experience leading qualitative research end-to‑end, with strong methodological judgment.
- Experience managing research across multiple teams or product areas.
- Ability to define research goals, operate in ambiguity, and balance speed with rigor.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience building or contributing to scalable research operations (intake, repositories, documentation).
- Familiarity with research tools such as User Zoom, User Testing, or Qualtrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting early‑stage or 0–1 product work.
- Exposure to AI‑enabled products, recommendation systems, or agent‑like workflows.
- Familiarity with analytics or experimentation concepts (e.g., A/B testing).
- Prototyping familiarity in tools such as Figma.
- Experience in regulated or complex product domains.
