We are working directly with the hiring team at a leading enterprise financial services organization to fill a Program Manager role focused on technology and workforce productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of progressive leadership experience growing from a Senior Project Manager into a Program Manager and will have a strong background leading enterprise-wide technology rollouts, managing vendors, and driving organizational efficiency.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in a technology-driven enterprise environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide rollouts and technology implementations.
• Proven ability to track and manage large-scale projects, including deliverables, issues, risks, and schedules.
• Strong background in vendor management and change management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to create professional-level documentation and presentations.
• Strong conceptual thinking, analytical reasoning, and the ability to work independently and lead others.
• Experience with Workforce Productivity tools (e.g., Sapience Analytics or similar platforms) preferred.
• Ability to wear multiple hats, including program/project management and gathering/managing business requirements.
