Data Science Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and forward‑thinking Data Science Manager to lead our data analytics and machine learning initiatives. The role is a contract position lasting over six months, with a pay range of $150,000–$200,000 per year. It is located in Charlotte, NC and focuses on healthcare data, requiring strong leadership and expertise in Python, R, and machine learning.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Define data science vision, align initiatives with business goals, and drive a data‑driven culture.
• Team Management:
  Mentor, guide, and lead data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering skill development.
• Project Oversight:
  Manage the full lifecycle of data projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Technical Execution:
  Oversee development of predictive models, ML algorithms, data pipelines, and experiments (A/B testing).
