Business Analyst

Overview

Title: Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract

Compensation: $35-49/HR

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• Basic understanding of business analysis principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic SQL and database query skills
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of requirements gathering techniques (interviews, surveys, document analysis)
• Basic understanding of creating test cases and test scripts

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders under supervision
• Support testing teams in UAT process
• Create simple process flow diagrams and business documentation
• Conduct basic data analysis using Excel or SQL
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly
• Develop test cases and test scripts based on business requirements
• Execute test cases and manage testing defects
