A leading technology and services company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mid-Senior level IT professional to assist with EDI order operations for retail customers. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers to resolve EDI issues, supporting the Chinese technical team in establishing EDI specifications, and analyzing internal systems for improvements. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese and English, has over 3 years of experience in IT technical services, and possesses knowledge of U.S. retail order systems.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
