Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services company, is seeking a L3 Prod Support professional to join their team.

What’s the Job?
About the Role:
- Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite
- 12+ month contract role on W2
- NO C2C

- Upskilling & consultant incentive
- Help support, maintain and analyze issues for applications used in the Financial Centers.
- Responsible for analyzing complex production issues, and working those to resolution.
- Serve as an escalation point to review code, update databases, and provide technical direction and collaborate with other support teams to identify the root cause and execute steps to resolve.
- 7+ years of application programming experience
- Strong Java, JavaScript, and HTML skills, JBoss, Web Sphere or Web Logic
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Ability to debug applications
- Splunk, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Understanding of Networks
- Strong C or C++ Skills
- Highly motivated, Self-starter
