Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well‑known Financial Services Company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Credit Risk and Transformation in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 12 months with strong likelihood of an extension or conversion to full time
Required Skills & Experience- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Independence – able to run with tasks and report back with insights.
- Experience juggling multiple work streams and shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills:
- Must be able to lead meetings independently, and report back risks or issues clearly and concisely.
- Financial Services experience is required.
- Assist in end‑to‑end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end, while developing and implementing program and project‑level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Proven record of being able to manage multiple project efforts at the same time.
- Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication for project status and escalates appropriately to ensure timely removal of roadblocks.
- Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions.
- Strong experience with synthesizing input from multiple sources into business requirements, standards, and/or guidelines.
- Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities.
- Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps.
