Business Support Manager - Information Technology

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Support Manager for a contract to hire position with a duration of 12+ months. The role requires on-site presence three days per week in Charlotte, NC.

• At least 10 years of experience.
• Advanced Excel expertise (daily usage, formulas, financial analysis, reporting).
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to produce polished, executive‑ready decks.
• Recent experience in a large, fast‑paced technology organization performing financial management or business support.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Team‑player attitude with agility to take on evolving responsibilities.
• Commitment to work onsite three days per week (mandatory).

• Power BI experience, particularly dashboard creation and reporting.
• Prior experience working in similar large financial institutions or nearby organizations.

Pay Range*: $57 – $61 per hour. Pay range will be based on education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
