We are seeking a talented Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain system integrations involving the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP platform. This role will play a key part in enabling seamless data flows between P21 and a range of business applications such as Salesforce, banking platforms, EDI systems, BI tools, and eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support integrations between P21 and other internal/external systems.
- Leverage APIs, SQL scripts, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, Mule Soft, or .NET services), and native P21 interfaces to enable smooth system connectivity.
- Manage data mapping, transformations, and validations across platforms.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance in all system integrations.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain existing integrations and data flows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes and workflows.
- Contribute to ERP implementations and enhancement projects requiring system interoperability.
- Identify and implement automation or process improvements through enhanced integrations.
- Provide support for business-critical systems including CRM, financial platforms, and data analytics infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with system integrations, ideally within an ERP context.
- Strong experience with:
- SQL Server / T-SQL
- RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Middleware or custom integration frameworks
- Proficient in EDI, ETL, and flat file processing methods.
- Familiarity with Prophet 21 data models and operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of distribution, warehousing, and order management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience integrating P21 with Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, banking systems, or data warehouses.
- Exposure to tools such as Boomi, Jitterbit, Celigo, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Knowledge of .NET or Python scripting for integration tasks.
- Understanding of data security and compliance best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects and shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and reliability.
