We are immediately hiring a Workday Configuration Analyst to support HR system administration, configuration, reporting, training, and data management. The focus modules include Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting.

• Configure complex Workday business processes, with a focus on Payroll, Time, and Absence.
• Perform additional Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
• Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are fully utilized and identify Workday features that improve efficiency.
• Maintain sandbox environments and enforce system standards.
• Provide pre- and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training.
• Mass load information via EIBs and test integration inputs/outputs.
• Create audit reports and document configuration changes.
• Maintain accurate change management documentation for internal/external audit controls.
• Use Workday Implementation Methodology on all projects.
• Act as domain support for feature releases and issue resolution, working with the Workday Architect.
• Support business partners to enhance their understanding of Workday.

• 3+ years’ Workday HCM experience.
• Strong experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
• Workday Pro or Workday Certifications strongly preferred.
• Workday Integrations experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Workday business process, core setup, security framework, data model, architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures.
• Attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through.
• Strong communication skills at all levels in written and verbal form.
• Strong ability to work with others on solutions.
• Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Deep understanding of cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
• Experience returning to Workday after implementing new modules.

Pay Range: $65-$68 per hour (based on education, experience, location, job duties, certifications, etc.)
