Contract Duration: 12 Months

• 5 years of Business and/or Data Analyst or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 5 years in business systems / reporting operations with hands‑on exception monitoring & remediation.
• Proven SLA delivery, root?cause analysis, and clear documentation.
• Strong written/verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Financial reporting for large organizations.
• Financial services / banking experience.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for data‑related projects.
• Experience with root cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.
• Track and manage data lineage to maintain data integrity across systems.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.

• Strong skills in SQL query writing and database management.
• Expertise in complex data analysis and data quality assurance.
• Experience in data mining and extracting insights from large datasets.

• Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative and diverse Data initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges, delivering solutions that are long‑term, large‑scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
