Product Quality Data Analytics & Reporting; m​/f​/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g. Life Cycle, Service Max) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like e.g. Power BI, Excel
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and external standards
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide data-driven recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Certifications in data analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, SQL, Python) are advantageous
• Proven experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data privacy standards
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as an advantage
