As Manager, Life Science Intel Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities where data‑driven approaches add value. You will manage and analyze life‑science data, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven solutions.

• Conduct in‑depth data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights for clients.
• Interpret diverse life‑science datasets (clinical, commercial, operational) to support use‑case development.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) in life‑science data, providing guidance on applications and best practices.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and recommend tailored data solutions.
• Lead data‑focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and managing risks.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Biostatistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, life‑science consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivering data‑driven insights within the life‑science or healthcare industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred:
  Experience with CRM or healthcare data systems (e.g., IQVIA, EMR, Veeva); familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements; certification in data analytics or project management (e.g., PMP, CAP).
