Overview
Position Summary: The Agile Delivery Leader will be responsible for leading value-driven delivery across multiple Kanban teams in a 24/7 operational environment. This role involves supporting the call center's SRE and Dev Ops functions, including dashboards, observability, and middleware development. The position also includes managing new AI development initiatives and rewriting MVC servers to bridge AI and system integrations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role requiring a strong project management background and the ability to adapt to chaotic environments.

- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation creation
- Exposure to AI technologies is a plus
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Manage and prioritize deliverables using Kanban boards
- Foster an environment for high-quality software delivery
- Create and maintain strong Jira tickets to track progress and requirements
- Assist in requirements gathering and building documentation
- Adapt to dynamic workflows and adjust processes as needed
- Support call center operations and manage agent requests
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure continuous support
- Lead initiatives such as rewriting MVC servers and developing middleware tiers
Job Must Haves:
- Kanban board experience with deliverables based on priorities
- Keep work flowing, stay organized, assist with requirements gathering, and build documentation
- Create strong and proper Jira tickets
- Ability to ask questions and be assertive
- Ideally will have AI experience
- Willingness to learn on the fly
- Understand API, firewall, and websites basics (not highly technical)
- Very strong in project management in chaotic environments
