Senior ServiceNow Developer​/Architect; Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management

Regeneron GEO IT is seeking a Senior Manager Service Now Development with advanced expertise in the Service Now Security domain, particularly in Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Operations (Sec Ops). You will provide leadership for the entire Service Now platform and collaborate closely with IT colleagues within the Information Security Office to define business requirements and configure solutions that align with Regeneron’s strategic direction.

• Design and develop new Service Now applications and services focused on Vulnerability Response, IRM, and Sec Ops.
• Make strategic recommendations and implement new Service Now requirements related to security and compliance.
• Take ownership of complex platform and security‑related business requirements and drive successful implementation.
• Provide architectural controls and conduct impact analysis for new platform‑related requirements.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improving processes and solutions, including consolidating similar security needs.
• Contribute to Service Now software releases by configuring features and functionality.
• Lead the platform to fully utilize Service Now’s Security modules for roadmap planning.
• Create and maintain a detailed view of the Service Now architecture.
• Align Service Now platform capabilities with established business strategies.
• Assist with estimating release‑level effort, ensuring all platform aspects are considered.
• Optimize the stability and usability of Service Now through regular application maintenance.

• Extensive experience in enterprise security and architecture, including knowledge of various authentication systems.
• Strong background in IT service management with an emphasis on security.
• Advanced knowledge of Service Now administration and demonstrated experience in developing Service Now applications.
• Collaborate with the team to implement technical best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Lead training initiatives and demonstrate a capacity to educate teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
