We’re actively seeking a talented Sr. Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Windows to join our Data Center Services team in Charlotte, NC.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions across multiple regions.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Windows Server-based systems across data centers and cloud environments in multiple regions globally.
- Provide escalation support for complex Windows Server issues, collaborating with operations and support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Define security best practices, hardening guidelines, and compliance standards for Windows Server environment.
- Communicate and enforce Windows Server standards across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation and compliance.
- Participate in automation projects to optimize system performance and reduce manual intervention globally.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems globally.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
- Modernize data center operations to improve efficiency and incorporate the latest technologies.
- Ensure security and industry standards are being met through automation.
- Ensure the reliability of server and storage infrastructure, including regular maintenance and performance optimization.
- Manage and optimize virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Ensure comprehensive backups, effective monitoring, capacity planning, and thorough documentation for all data centers globally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, virtualization platforms, and hyper converged infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, operations, escalation support, and security best practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
