As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Charlotte, NC

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys will not provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the U.S. and Canada.
• At least 4 years of software testing experience.

• At least 4 years of core Java or Selenium TestNG automation experience.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience with test automation tools Selenium, Java, Cucumber & SQL.
• Experience with tools such as Cucumber, Cypress, TestNG, Intelli
  
  J, Git Hub, and Eclipse.
• Knowledge and experience working in the Banking domain.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing test cases, and test execution.
• Experience in REST APIs & Postman and exposure to UAT testing is an added advantage.
• Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience working in a Dev Ops environment, Git Lab, SCD, and hands‑on experience using CI/CD systems to enable test data pipelines.
• Hands‑on Python programming experience used to build test automation.
• Domain experience in investment banking products and corporate actions.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
