The Support Technician II (ST2) will deliver Level 2 remote and on-site technical support to our clients. The ST2 will work closely with the Level 1 Support & Systems Engineering team to ensure that client requests are resolved promptly and clients are kept informed of progress and status. ST2 will utilize Nucentric’s in-house enterprise tools for network device monitoring and centralized network asset management.
Additionally, ST2 will assist the Systems Engineering team with pre-staging hardware, deployments, and core infrastructure projects such as desktop migrations and wireless installations.
