Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically within the Payroll module.
This role involves managing file servers, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring seamless integration across HR, Compensation, and Payroll systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll processing, US taxes, and payroll accounting, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support file servers related to payroll operations.
- Lead and support payroll processing, including US tax and payroll accounting functions.
- Configure and maintain payroll elements and associated Fast Formulas.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
- Utilize Oracle Cloud tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Support reporting and data extraction using Oracle HCM tables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions.
- Ensure successful execution of quarterly upgrades and backend component updates (e.g., transitioning from Vertex to Oracle Calc Engine).
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure system functionality post-upgrades.
- Provide hands-on development and solutioning for complex payroll configurations and integrations.
- Support vendor integrations with Oracle HCM to ensure end-to-end payroll functionality.
- 3–6 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Payroll module.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, US taxes, and payroll accounting.
- Experience with end-to-end integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining Payroll Elements and Fast Formulas.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools: HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM tables for support and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle EBS (on-premise) is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Experience in cloud migration and integration solutioning.
