We are searching for an experienced Application Support Analyst
.

• Handle technical requests submitted by end users of RCH products and systems.
• Utilize SQL to quickly analyze data and determine root causes of technical issues.
• Write SQL scripts to update and resolve data issues.
• Assist users with technical questions or issues related to products or applications.
• Work with the Development Team to manage Deployment of Software updates.
• Coordinate with IT Teams, Business units, and external vendors to ensure effective application services and reliability of all applications.

$70-$80K Annually

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. This position requires in office work weekly on Tuesdays, and occasional Saturdays. Some evening may be required based upon business needs.

Employees who wish to work onsite may do so in our state-of-the-art office!
