This role is responsible for leading technical support for end users and authorized service providers, ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive issue prevention and timely resolution. The position provides comprehensive post-sales software services, maintains documentation, collaborates for process improvements, and completes tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to data confidentiality standards.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying requirements and ensuring fulfillment.
• Address and resolve customer-related issues promptly, escalating as per established protocols.
• Deliver comprehensive software services, including post-sales and service delivery support for remote and local accounts across standard and specialized systems.
• Lead direct technical support for end users and authorized service providers, resolving hardware and software challenges.
• Utilize proactive monitoring tools to prevent issues and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain departmental documentation on work orders, software, inventory, and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with teams to improve operations and implement global process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and business process standards.
• Complete process-oriented assignments, share technical knowledge, and support operational plans.
• Identify and solve varied technical problems independently with forward planning.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience, preferably with HP products, customer account management, computer support, on-site support, mission-critical systems, or similar technical environments.

• Pay rate: $25/hr.
• Shift: Onsite - Charlotte NC, 28262
• United States - Mon-Fri (8 AM – 5 PM).

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
