We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Now Now Assist Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Now Assist capabilities on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Now Assist modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities Development & ConfigurationDesign, develop, and customize applications and modules on the Service Now Now Assist platform.
Build and configure Now Assist Agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Implement and support Service Now modules such as ITSM and ITOM, as required.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Service Now APIs and integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.
Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to define and deliver robust technical solutions.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and refine requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementations.
Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development.
Proven experience building custom Now Assist Agents.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting.
Hands-on experience with Service Now integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Service Now Certified Application Developer certification (required).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
