" Experience with Share point farm SE build out using SP Auto Installer
" Configure the XML for multiple farms (Dev/QA/Prod)
" Provision Server Roles
" Provision share point services (User profile, search, Distributed Services)
" Good to have experience with K2 Farm build out
" Experience with Database migration
