AI Project Manager

We are seeking a highly self-driven professional to join our PMO organization and support critical CTI initiatives. This role requires someone who can independently drive projects end-to-end, operate with minimal direction, read between the lines, and proactively take the right actions to move work forward. The ideal candidate is business-facing, solution-oriented, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve delivery and decision-making.

• Strong Scrum and Agile delivery experience
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure Automation and Cloud technologies (Terraform preferred)
• Ability to independently manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance planning, reporting, analysis, and productivity
• High emotional intelligence and strong professional behavior
• Business-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder communication skills

• Serve as part of the PMO, driving delivery of complex technology and AI-enabled initiatives
• Own project execution end-to-end with minimal oversight; anticipate risks and act proactively
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and partner closely with cross-functional teams
• Translate business needs into clear delivery plans and actionable outcomes
• Communicate options and recommendations rather than escalating problems
• Ensure smooth collaboration across parallel teams and initiatives
