We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Now Assist capabilities on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Now Assist modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

• Development Configuration: Design and develop custom applications and modules on the Service Now-Now Assist platform. Configure agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Implement Service Now modules such as ITSM and ITOM as needed. Develop and maintain Now Assist Service Now APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Provide support and training to users.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Service Now development.
• Experience in building custom Now Assist Agents.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting.
• Experience with Service Now integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Service Now Certified Application Developer.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
