• 5+ years of PM experience - enterprise environment, managing multi-million dollar budgets, Jira, Agile
• Call recording, analytics and workforce management (NICE is the software used)
• Other tools/experience that could be in resumes:
  Avaya, IVR, Genesys, Calibrio, WFM
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects.
• Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams.
• Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment. Working knowledge of JIRA is preferable.
• Experience with Microsoft Project required.
• Experience in contact center technology a benefit - call recording, routing, WFM, analytics, IVR, chat

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.00/hr.
