As a Production Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and performance of critical risk analytics applications. Production Support Analyst (Pennington or Charlotte)

Charlotte, NC

• Provide comprehensive support for the Global Risk Analytics Suite Applications, ensuring system availability and optimal performance.
• Monitor application health, conduct system checks, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
• Collaborate closely with risk managers, application developers, DBAs, SAs, and other technology partners to resolve technical challenges.
• Document technical details and support procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and meet audit requirements.
• Follow established production processes and guidelines, adhering to incident, problem, and change management protocols.

• 5-7 years of experience in application support within a similar environment, preferably in the financial or risk industry.
• Hands‑on experience supporting client applications and engaging with business users and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of supporting heterogeneous environments with Java, UNIX Shell scripts, Python, and JSS.
• Proficiency in UNIX and Windows operating systems, with experience in managing large databases such as Oracle or Hadoop.
• Experience with Autosys automation, Spectrum Grid, and Trino SQL Query Engine is highly desirable.
