Cypress Automation Testing QA

Experience in credit rating (Structured Finance Domain) is a must. Min 10 years of relevant exp is required. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Test Automation Developer with hands-on experience in Cypress and Type Script to join our QA Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance test automation frameworks, while ensuring data integrity through SQL-based validations.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation using Cypress with Type Script
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Create and manage modular, reusable test components for UI and API testing
• Perform SQL-based data validations to ensure backend accuracy and consistency
• Analyse test results, identify root causes, and work with teams to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability of automation suites

• Proven expertise in Cypress, Typescript
• Working knowledge of SQL with ability to support and troubleshoot existing queries.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
