Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Release Coordinator to join their team. As a Release Coordinator, you will be part of the IT Operations department supporting multiple development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range What's the Job?- Coordinate releases associated with a large Java application supporting multiple development teams
- Work directly with development managers and release managers to ensure smooth release processes
- Manage and track all changes related to software releases across 30 different teams
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to meet release deadlines
- Support the overall release management lifecycle to improve efficiency and quality
- Experience in release management within a complex software environment
- Previous experience working with Bank of America (BOFA) systems is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
- Legal work authorization in the US (USC, GC, H4)
