Our client, a leading organization in the digital marketing and personalization industry, is seeking a Product Manager - Adobe Target to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager - Adobe Target, you will be an integral part of the product development and management team supporting innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define test cases, review testing results, and approve features for deployment.
• Promote a testing-first mindset to uphold high quality standards across deliverables.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, engineering, and content teams to remove blockers and support sprint goals.

• Experience with personalization and experimentation platforms, preferably Adobe Target.
• Strong technical acumen with a history of working in complex, technically driven organizations.
• Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
