Job Title: VBA & Excel Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive analyst to support our manufacturing operations. This role will spend approximately 30% of time building and maintaining complex Excel macros and 70% organizing, consolidating, and analyzing data from 90+ manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate Excel processes and a solid understanding of accounting principles to ensure accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel macros to streamline data processing and reporting.
• Consolidate and organize information from multiple manufacturing sites to support operational and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive Excel tasks using VBA.
• Assist with reporting and analysis related to production, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Support ad‑hoc data requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or operations.

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
