Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C
- LLM, GENERATIVE AI, RAG pipelines, Python, Prompt Engineering, Lang Chain, and AI algorithms
- 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong emphasis on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven expertise in building RAG pipelines, integrating retrieval techniques with generation models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow).
- Experience with language-centric frameworks and libraries like Lang Chain.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI algorithms, optimization techniques, and model deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
