Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Agile Coach to join their team. As an Agile Coach, you will be part of the Technology and Transformation Department supporting multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion (Only W2)

What's the Job?
  • Guide and coach teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) to implement Scrum practices and Agile principles effectively.
  • Facilitate ART ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, ART Sync, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple teams to promote continuous flow and value delivery.
  • Provide visibility into ART health, delivery metrics, and program increment progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What's Needed?
  • Experience coaching Agile teams and facilitating large‑scale Agile ceremonies, especially PI Planning.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Horizon CI/CD tools.
  • SAFe Certification (RTE, SCP, SSM, or POPM) is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of enterprise change management and risk management processes.
